Rentoria collects the following information:

• Owner's name, phone, and WhatsApp number provided in the property listing form
• Location data (city, area, landmark)
• Property photos uploaded by you
• Contact action logs (call/WhatsApp clicks — anonymized)
• Report submissions

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used only to:

• Display the listing on the platform
• Facilitate the admin review process
• Connect the tenant with the owner
• Improve the platform (anonymized analytics)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. The owner's contact number is only visible on the property detail page when a tenant explicitly clicks the contact button.

4. Phone Number Display

Phone numbers are masked on the browse page (e.g., 98765 XXXXX). The full number is only accessible on the property detail page through the contact button, protecting it from direct scraping.

5. Firebase & Storage

We use Google Firebase to store data. Firebase is a Google product and follows Google's privacy policy. Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage.

6. Cookies

Rentoria uses minimal cookies on public pages. Firebase Auth cookies are used for admin panel sessions. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Data Deletion

If you want to delete your listing or personal data, please email hello@rentoria.co.in. We will process your request within 7 working days.

8. Minor Users

Rentoria is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
