Yes, absolutely. No signup or login is required for tenants. Just open the site, choose the area, and view properties. The owner's number is directly visible.
Not at all. Rentoria is a technology platform, not a broker. We simply connect tenants and owners. There is no brokerage fee and no commission — neither from tenants nor from owners.

Only the following are required:
- Your name and phone/WhatsApp number
- Property address — City, Area, Locality
- Property type (Flat, Room, House, etc.)
- Monthly rent and security deposit
- A short description
- Photos (optional but strongly recommended)
After the listing is submitted, our admin team reviews the details. This process is usually completed within 24 hours. You can then search for your area on the browse-properties page to check your listing.
Basic Listing (Free): Visible for 7 days.
Online Verified (₹299): Visible for 30 days + Verified badge.
Physical Verified (₹499): Visible for 90 days + Top priority placement.

Uploading photos is optional, but highly recommended. Research shows that properties with photos receive 3x more inquiries. You can upload a maximum of 5 photos (JPG/PNG, 5MB each).
Online Verified (₹299): Our team verifies property details over the phone or online. The listing stays live for 30 days and gets a Verified badge.
Physical Verified (₹499): Our agent personally visits and inspects the property. You get top priority placement for 90 days along with a gold-level Physical Verified badge.

Yes. Verified listings receive priority placement in search results, and tenants trust them more because of the verified badge. Physical Verified listings are also featured on the homepage.
Currently, payment for verification plans is offline. After submitting your listing, our team will contact you for the verification process. An online payment system will be available soon. Please do not make any advance payments in the name of Rentoria.
A few important things:
- Confirm availability first via call/WhatsApp
- Never make an advance payment without physically seeing the property
- Rentoria does not process any payments directly
- If something seems suspicious, please report the listing
At the bottom of the property details page, there is a "Report this listing" button. Click on it and state the reason. Our team will take action within 24-48 hours. You can also directly reach out to us on the contact page.
As a tenant, Rentoria does not store any of your data — because you don't even log in. As a property owner, only the phone number you submit is shown on the listing. We never share your data with any third party.
